It was a sunny summer day at Bluebird Meadows Farm. It felt like just yesterday I had met Anna for the first time during our consult call, and here we were… the culmination not just of months of planning, but years of friendship and love shared by this sweet couple.

Anna and Luke have one of the sweetest stories I’ve ever heard. They met in early elementary and, after being separated for 11 years, reconnected towards the end of high school. They attended Senior prom together and maintained their relationship in the years after while Anna was in nursing school. One of my favorite details from their reception was a collage of printed photos that showed over a decade of their memories together.

We could not have asked for a more beautiful day! The bright sun set the perfect ambiance for their elegant farm ceremony and reception. I’ve had the privilege of capturing multiple sessions at Bluebird Meadows Farm, but this was by far my favorite. The bright summer colors mixed with intimate details, including a heirloom necklace worn by three generations of brides in Anna’s family were all just perfect.

Anna and Luke – I cannot tell you what an incredible privilege it was to capture your wedding day. The love that you share for each other is so apparent and it was an absolute honor to be by your side on one of the biggest days of your lives. You have built your lives on a firm foundation, and I cannot wait to see the beautiful plans that the future holds for you.
