If you read my recent blog post, you probably already know that I love when my couples select their future wedding venue as a location for their engagement photos. Amber and Tyler’s beautiful spring engagement session was no exception. Today I am thrilled to share some of the photos from their Merrimon-Wynne House and downtown Raleigh engagement session!
From the moment I connected with Amber and Tyler, I could instantly tell that they were going to be an amazing couple to work with. Amber has the sweetest personality, and it turns out that Tyler and use to live in the same little Texas town that my husband and I did: Georgetown, Texas! We even have some mutual friend connections which was such a fun thing to have in common!
Fast forward to when we began planning their engagement photos. Amber had a clear vision of how she was hoping to capture their relationship, and I was thrilled with what she had in mind. I love it when my clients know that they can trust me to bring their visions to life! During their session, the chemistry and connection between these two was unparalleled. We captured so much in our two hours together because we were all having so much fun!
We ended up using a total of four locations: Merrimon-Wynne House, Vintage Church, Watts & Ward and City Market. And you’ll see a few of downtown Raleigh sprinkled in as well. Because all the locations were so incredibly close together, it made it possible to capture all four in such a short period of time.
Amber and Tyler – you two are a dream in every way! It was an absolute honor to capture these for you all and I cannot wait for your beautiful April wedding at The Merrimon-Wynne House next year! Until then, enjoy reliving your beautiful engagement session through the images below.
